Our portfolio is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for someone to take ownership of our Pre-Collection flow. 🚀 Your role is critical: to help our customers before debts become a problem. You are the bridge between customer service and collections, where the goal is always to find sustainable solutions that allow the customer to stay with us.

Your Responsibilities

As a Collection Specialist at Plus1, you will focus on proactivity and advisory:

• You will contact customers with overdue invoices to understand their situation.

• You will establish and follow up on payment plans and agreements that work for both parties in the long term.

• You will ensure that cases do not proceed to collections by acting early.

• You will handle payment inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

• You will also support our customer service by assisting with calls, chats, and emails during peak periods.

We believe you are someone who loves the combination of customer contact and negotiation. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within collections, accounts receivable, or debt collection.

• Experience from the finance industry or a related sector (e.g., fintech or banking).

• You are comfortable picking up the phone and have the ability to turn difficult conversations into positive solutions.

• You are structured and detail-oriented, keeping track of your cases and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
